Raphael Roy Dumouchel
Co-founder and artistic director
Raphael isn't just the pair of ears behind our programming, he's the heart of L'Entracte. A McGill-trained trumpet player and the musical director of a big band for seven years, he knows exactly what it takes for a night to sound just right. He's also the person behind the very building of the stage, the walls, the bar.
To this day, you'll catch him hard at work improving the space and the shows, much to everyone's delight.
He's the person to reach for anything related to programming. Whether you're an artist manager, a record label, a festival organizer or an independent artist, Raphael is your point of contact.

Nikola Haddad
Co-founder and director of operations
Nikola is a sharp strategist, juggling the roles of treasurer, chef and director of operations with ease. A passionate soul with over 10 years of experience in both service and customer experience, he works every day to put L'Entracte on the map, notably through our bistro menu and the experience we offer our audience.
Nikola is the person to reach for anything related to service and financial support. Whether you represent a supplier or a service that aligns with our mission, or you'd like to support the project as a financial partner or patron, he's the one to talk to.

Sajid Baina
Co-fondateur et Responsable des ressources humaines
Sajid is the guardian of L'Entracte's team. He's the one who keeps the group united and motivated, in service of a project that has a real impact on our community. Trained in jazz piano and with five years in team management and leadership, he oversees the recruitment, onboarding and cohesion of the people who bring the house to life.
Sajid is the person to reach for anything related to getting involved in the project. Whether you'd like to become a volunteer, an employee or a member of the administration, Sajid is your point of contact.

Marie-Jeanne Paquet
Director of sales and marketing
Marie-Jeanne is L'Entracte's Swiss Army knife. She's the one who handles our external image and everything media-related: interviews, photos, videos, posters, digital content! In just a few months, she boosted our online visibility by over 5000 followers and over 1 000,000 views. Creator and host of the podcast La Session, a series of conversations with the artisans of Montreal's music scene, she knows the milieu and its players from the inside. She's also the one who oversees our daytime use of the space and rentals for private events.
Whether you're a member of the media looking to cover our projects at L'Entracte, a potential event partner or a collective looking to use the space to rehearse, Marie-Jeanne is your point of contact.

Director of communications
Paulina is a rare gem. She knows how to blend her creative spirit with her love of human connection to manage our partnerships, both with the initiatives and projects emerging from our community of artists and with many major institutions and companies. She also contributes to content creation and everything related to our external communications.

Amine Jarraya
Financial Strategy Consultant
Amine is our financial compass. He helps us shape our strategies, build our fundraising campaigns and put together the pitches that win over our partners. With over ten years in the cultural sector and a master's in cultural management and policy from Paris-Dauphine, he has notably raised more than two million dollars from international funders, experience that directly benefits L'Entracte.

Zephyr Clarke
Head bartender
Zephyr is the mastermind behind L'Entracte's bar. Orders, inventory, cocktail menu: he's the one who orchestrates it all, and he signs off on our house creations too. With solid experience in service, notably at Dinette Marcella in the Old Port, he's a mixologist at heart, treating every glass with the same care we give the music on stage.
Zephyr is the person to reach for anything related to the bar. Whether you represent a supplier, a distillery or a brand looking to partner with our menu, he's the one to talk to.

Maitre D'
Kulusé is L'Entracte's maître d'. He's the one who ensures service runs smoothly, coordinating the team and the schedules so every night goes off without a hitch. His obsession: that everyone who walks through L'Entracte's doors leaves feeling like they had the best seat in the house.
